HANNAh Arnold

Hannah Arnold is an associate at F-Prime Capital Partner, which focuses on early-stage fintech and enterprise tech investments.

Before joining the Secha team, Hannah was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked across a diverse set of industries and practice areas. Key experiences include a major transformation at a multi-national FMCG, new business unit growth strategy for a data warehousing company, and significant due diligence experience across healthcare and ecommerce. Prior to Bain, Hannah worked as an analyst for capital advisory firm Enclude Solutions, where she helped develop and model SME investment strategies for financial services clients.

Kyle Chea

Kyle Chea is an associate at BNP Paribas.

Before his time at Secha Capital, Kyle supported senior management and the Business Strategy & Analytics Team at Deltec Bank & Trust in the successful acquisition of a private bank, valued at US$82 million. He began his career as a Foreign Service Officer for The Bahamas responsible for Asian, African, and Caribbean & Latin American Affairs. He then joined the Front Office team at Cornèr Bank (Overseas) Limited, working with the investment and asset management teams in The Bahamas and Switzerland. As a Finance Associate at Baha Mar Limited, a US$3.5 billion mega-resort in The Bahamas, he developed market entry and growth initiatives, and led the project’s airlift and China strategies.

May Anthonyrajah


May is a Revenue Growth Manager at Twinsaver Group.

She began her career at Pick n Pay, where she worked in revenue-realisation, strategy, pricing and promotions. From there, she joined South African Breweries (SAB), where she was responsible for building and deriving insights from multiple analytical models. May instituted price changes, drove significant margin increases and attained volume growth via OBPCR (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Channel and Region) idea generation. Most recently, as an independent consultant at the Twinsaver Group, May developed a pricing strategy for the ‘Away-from-Home’ division and promotional analytic models and processes for the ‘Consumer’ division.

Charlotte B. Luzuka


Charlotte Luzuka is a co-founder of Oya Venture.

Charlotte has over 12 years of working experience in a variety of industries, ranging from consulting, advisory and assurance, retail, FMCG and public sector clients, to working in the strategy division of a development finance institution, and to heading up innovation for a telematics company. 

As a consultant and auditor, Charlotte reviewed and advised on the controls and finances of FMCG, retail and gaming clients. She also assisted health care clients in improving their financial controls and reporting, as well as helping to build efficiencies in their processes. In the development space, she helped a development network map out how to improve their contributions towards achieving development goals. She helped a telematics organisation to build a culture of innovation, using lean innovation and design thinking methodologies to bring startup agility to corporate structure and support.

ALLEGRA F. PALMER

Allegra Palmer has retail, consumer and financial services experience.

Most recently, Allegra worked on the business strategy and analytics team for Walmart Stores Inc. where she developed growth strategies for FMCG businesses. Prior to Walmart, Allegra was a Senior Associate at Women's World Banking, an international non-profit consulting firm working to provide financial services to women in emerging markets. There, she worked on financial product development and marketing projects primarily in the Middle East and North Africa.

Chrysanthe Georgiou


Chrysanthe is operations manager at Amazon

Chrysanthe worked at Palmer Capital, a real estate investment fund in London where she managed five funds valued at approx. £270m. She was actively involved in stakeholder management, liaising with investors in Saudi Arabia, asset managers and operating companies in the UK. She designed and implemented more efficient and transparent transaction processes eliminating risks of cash shortage and unfavourable returns. 

Prior to that Chrysanthe was an Audit Senior at Deloitte, she worked in both the New York and Pretoria practice. In New York she was selected to lead a team of nine people, managing six international components for a global US listed manufacturing business. Further, she gained a range of exposure working on numerous clients across industries including, a nickel mine in Madagascar, and a merger transaction of a significant JSE REIT residential portfolio where she also presented to the board on innovation strategies to advance interests on new business developments in the central business district of Pretoria.

Onkgopotse Khumalo


Onkgopotse is manager for special projects at Awethu Capital. She was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

She has worked across a variety of sectors as a management consultant including telecoms, banking and utilities. She graduated from The University of Cape Town, is an Allan Gray Orbis foundation fellow and a Brightest Young Minds alumnus. Onkgopotse is an impact oriented and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for driving socio-economic change particularly as it relates to empowering women.

 Thabang Masetla

Thabang Masetla, a former intern at Secha Capital is a BCom, Finance graduate with Honours in Treasury Management from the University of Johannesburg. 

With a keen interest in finance and Investments, he participated in the Investec Navigate Program during his final year of university. He always displayed his leadership skills throughout his tertiary duration by being a Chairperson of Residences and being a Mentor for the universities’ Mentorship program.

Fred Gatari

Fred Gatari is a co-founder of Vitamin Q and an associate consultant at Haute Performance.

He is a recent BCom Law graduate from Nelson Mandela University. Fred has experience in the South African renewable energy space and project coordination within this space through his experience with the African outreach partners of the Zayed Sustainability Prize. Fred also has entrepreneurial pursuits outside of career ambitions, having started a quiz company that hosts successful quizzes around Johannesburg, that act as marketing platforms for brands. Fred is currently an associate consultant at a Managment Consultancy in Johannesburg.

Hope Ditlhakanyane

Hope has consulting experience across the public sector, retail, FMCG and financial services

As a consultant for A.T. Kearney, her key projects included operational transformation programme within public sector, strategic growth initiatives & change management within retail and distribution network optimization and 3PL sourcing within an FMCG. Her work led her towards fast-tracked promotion to Senior Business Analyst.

An Allan Gray Fellow and Cum Laude graduate in Entrepreneurship, she uses her skills to advance socio-economic growth across Africa.
